Seven Hours of Sleep

 

Six (sixty) grams or more of protein a day

 

Five servings of fruits and vegetables a day

 

Four (forty) grams of carbohydrates per meal (three meals) a day

 

Three (thirty) minutes of movement a day

 

Two teeth brushing a day

 

One sweet thing (your interpretation of what that means)

 

Zero added sugar each day.
